AN INVITE TO BOOK CLUBS & AUTHORS!
PARTY IN PARADISE!
Greetings! My name is Sharon Russ and I am one of the co-founders of Words of Inspiration Book Club in Atlanta. Our book club is hosting a literary event to St. Thomas in the summer of 2008. This trip will prove to be a networking opportunity to allow authors to build and strengthen the bonds with their current and future fan base and a networking opportunity for individuals that are looking to get together with some folks and have a good time in an exotic location. We have extended this invite to book clubs, social groups and church groups nationally and singles looking to mingle, couples looking to take a time out on the beach and males and females that are looking to reunite with friends old and new to party in the Caribbean. A great time will be had by all. Do not miss out! This is a great chance for educated, intelligent and talented men and women to create a positive, fun, exciting, adventurous forum in paradise. The total package includes:

The trip is July 10th - July 13th, 2008. The resort we will be staying at is the Wyndham Sugar Bay Resort & Spa. You can go to the resort's website and check out the pictures of the resort and the activities that are available to you (http://www.wyndham.com/hotels/STTSB/main.wnt).
The only thing due this month is the $250 deposit by 10/20/07. Monthly payments can be made to pay down the total cost of your trip. The trip just needs to be paid off by 5/16/07.

• The deadline for the deposit for the trip has been extended till 10/20/07. The deposit is $250. This will reserve your spot on the trip. This will also guarantee that if the rate increases you are locked into the price listed below. Please know that the price listed below reflects what current rates are for flights.
• Below please find all of the information pertaining to the St. Thomas trip. The all-inclusive plan (AI) includes all of your alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages and your food 24 hours a day. The European plan (EP) is without food & drinks. There are two packages to meet the needs of everyone and their budgets. by the resort. Here you will beprovided
appetizers and drinks and the chance to mingle
with all of the individuals from across country
also on the trip. Authors will be present and set-
up at tables where you can purchase books on
the spot and get books autographed.
July 11th:
Morning - Free
Afternoon - Author Panel Discussion and
Roundtable. In this forum, the fans can ask
questions of the authors and their works. Authors
will also have the opportunity to discuss their
influences, motivation, upcoming works and give
advise on how to seek publishing, editing and
marketing services for those that are looking to get
their works out there. Authors will provide the group
with an advanced summer reading list of the books
that will be discussed at this forum. The list will be
distributed in advance to those who book on the trip
so that they will be afforded plenty of time to read
the selections.
